My name is Mechelle.  I have been employed with Birch Haven for over two years.  I first started as a Caregiver and then as a Care Staff Manager which helped me to get to know our residents and how to help take care of them.  I am now the Assistant Administrator which means I conduct a lot of staff trainings, manage the employee schedules, supervise the Caregivers, and assist the Administrator with a large variety of tasks; those being meetings with resident's families, Team Member meetings, and employee interaction.
